3. Account Security and Responsible Use

3.1 Account Security Obligations

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their phpcom account credentials. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

phpcom accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and other payment methods as displayed on the Website. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100). Deposits are typically credited to User accounts instantly, though some payment methods may experience processing delays. phpcom does not charge fees for deposits, but Users are responsible for any fees imposed by their payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Users may request withdrawals to verified payment methods registered to their account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 500). Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are processed within one to two (1-2) hours during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. phpcom reserves the right to verify the identity of any User requesting a withdrawal and may delay processing pending completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the User's own name.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, phpcom requires that deposits be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. Users who deposit funds and immediately request withdrawal without placing any bets may be subject to account review and a processing fee of up to ten percent (10%) of the withdrawal amount. phpcom monitors all transactions for suspicious activity and reserves the right to report any suspected money laundering to the relevant Philippine authorities.

4.4 Dormant Account Policy

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. phpcom reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 200) per month on dormant accounts with a remaining balance. 5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the time of offer. Bonus funds are separate from real money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. 5.2 Bonus Restrictions

5.3 Maximum Bet Restrictions While Using Bonuses

When playing with active bonus funds, Users are restricted to a maximum bet of Fifty Philippine Pesos (PHP 50) per spin or hand. Exceeding this maximum bet limit while bonus funds are active will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. This restriction applies until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Results and Random Number Generators

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phpcom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the phpcom platform, even if phpcom has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall phpcom's total liability to you exceed the amount of deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request voluntary closure of their phpcom account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the User via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements. Bonus funds and unredeemed loyalty points will be forfeited upon account closure. Voluntary closures due to responsible gaming concerns may be subject to cooling-off periods during which the account cannot be reopened.

9.2 Termination by phpcom
